Being healthy doesn’t mean that you have to deprive yourself of the things you love. This recipe is healthy and guilt-free, but best of all, its delicious and easy as 1,2,3.
250 ml coconut or soy milk (coconut milk will make a richer version, soy milk will have fewer calories)
1 tablespoon cinnamon.
1. Cut and freeze the apple and bananas for at leat 5 hours prior to making the ice cream.
2. Put the milk and bananas in the blender (if your blender struggles, add the fruit slowly) Blend until the mixture has the consistency of ice cream. Add the apple, cinnamon and almonds.
3. Blend until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Scope out and ENJOY! This recipe makes 2 – 3 generous servings.
